Shipping and Returns
Stealth Design Group® believe in happy customers, if your item was not quite what you wanted and you have good reason for this, please let us know as your happiness is our priority.
Shipping
We use Australia Post as our carrier for sending out our items within Australia. We use DHL or Toll couriers to send internationally. We are careful to pack the item in appropriate cardboard envelopes or boxes to ensure the item/s get to you intact.
If your item is damaged in transit, contact us and we will send you another item to replace it.
Returns
These items are one offs so there are some cases that we cannot replace returns as the item is specific to your order.
We cannot accept returns if:
You have made an incorrect choice.
You have decided you do not like the colour you chose.
You made an error in the name or address of where to send the item.
We are happy to accept returns if:
We sent you the wrong item.
The item was broken in transit.
